By downloading, accessing, or using WeatherVibe ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
WeatherVibe is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Application assets (including the clothing illustrations, layout designs, and source code) without express authorization.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Weather forecasts, indices, and severe weather warnings are compiled from public API feeds (principally the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - NOAA). We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the weather information. You should not rely solely on WeatherVibe for critical safety decisions, severe weather events, or outdoor survival choices. Please verify all information against official local meteorological forecasts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeatherVibe and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss) arising from your use or inability to use the Application, or reliance on its lifestyle recommendations (e.g. PR runs, wardrobe tips, or sunscreen ratings).
These terms incorporate the standard End User License Agreements (EULA) specified by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Any platform-specific guidelines regarding updates, subscriptions, or app usage apply in addition to these Terms.
We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
